As our in-house IT System & Infrastructure Expert, you’ll take ownership of our core systems and infrastructure, performing key system administration duties in line with your employment scope and organizational expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and operate internal IT systems (on-premise infrastructure, VMware ESXi, Windows / Linux / macOS servers)
• Manage Cloud environments (AWS)
• Manage office network infrastructure: Routers, Wifi Access Points, VPN
• We have a big infrastructure used by our SW engineering teams. You have to keep up and running the whole infrastructure behind it: GitLab, Jira, Confluence
• Collaborate on IT security topics with our in-house security lead
• Provide technical input on software procurement and cost optimization
• Handle IT asset management, license tracking, backup, and user access
• Contribute to IT budgeting and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of internal systems

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of server environments
• Understanding of virtualization (VMware) and solid networking knowledge (VPN, routing)
• Familiarity with IT security principles and user management
• Experience administering tools like GitLab, Jira, Confluence
• Proactive mindset, structured way of working, and a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and speaking

Not required, but awesome:

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

·        Scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, PowerShell)
